Instructions:
Recommended usage: Once per week.

Prepare the strip: With dry hands, remove one strip from its individual package. Hold the transparent film toward you, gently open the precut sections, and peel away the protective film. Use immediately after opening.

Wet your nose: Thoroughly and evenly moisten your nose with plenty of water.

Apply the strip: Dry your hands completely. Place the smooth side of the strip against your wet nose and press gently to ensure close contact with the skin.

Allow to dry: Leave the strip on until it becomes firm.

Remove gently: Starting from the edges, slowly and carefully peel the strip away. Do not pull it off quickly from one side.
