PREORDER FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn – The Art of Eorzea: Another Dawn

When a new version of a product comes in stock, MiauMall will recreate a new version of the product page and link to distinguish it from the old version of the product. However, due to the consistent changes and updates of Japanese products, the product details page may occasionally not be up to date. As a result, there may be slight differences in the product you receive and the description on the details page (including design changes in the outer packaging, barcode, bottle, etc.). However, MiauMall promises that all products sold on the platform are genuine and all new products from the mainstream market of Japan.

To help you better buy and enjoy products from Japan, please read and understand the notice below before placing your order and making a purchase:

1. The cross-border products you purchase on MiauMall are purchased directly from Japan. Therefore, the products may not have labels in English or in your native language. You can check the products' English electronic labels through our platform.

2. According to the relevant legal policies, your ordered products are for personal use only and cannot be re-sold.

3. Your ordered goods and the handling of these goods are in line with Japanese standards regarding quality, safety, health, environmental protection, and other Japanese guidelines. However, there may be differences between Japanese standards and the local standards of your area of residence. Therefore, MiauMall cannot be held responsible for any harm, loss or other consequences stemming from your purchase decisions.

The MiauMall platform displays the product titles, descriptions, pictures and other product details. This product information is displayed and relayed to our consumers after accurate translation. Because of this, we do not make any commitment to the efficacy of the products as it is only a translation. If there is any ambiguity, please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order. Consumers may not use it as a reference or basis for a claim after placing orders on the platform.

1. Written Price: The displayed price of the goods may be the brand price, commodity tag price or the original retail price provided by the brand supplier (such as manufacturer's guide price, recommended retail price, etc.) or the sales price of the goods displayed on MiauMall. Due to regional time differences and market fluctuations, the actual brand price, commodity tag price, etc., may be inconsistent with the one displayed when you shop. The price is for your reference only, so please refer to the order checkout page for the final payment price.

2. Promotional Price: Unless otherwise specified, the promotional price is a preferential price given by the seller based on the reference price. If you have questions about promotional pricing, you can contact customer service before buying.

3. MiauMall Price: The price displayed on the product details page is the final price and basis for MiauMall users to choose whether to purchase the product.

4. Price exceptions:  Due to potential system caches, page update delays or other uncertainties resulting in price display errors or exceptions, please refer to the order checkout page for the accurate final pricing of products. If you encounter any abnormalities in the system during your shopping experience, please get in touch with us immediately, and we'll make the appropriate corrections.

For those seeking additional information on estimated shipping times, please refer to the details below outlining our shipping process and timeline.

Cross-border shipping involves complex factors, such as customs procedures, transportation time, and international logistics. Consequently, it may require additional time compared to domestic shipping.

We typically make shipments within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, however, there may be delays in delivery due to items being out of stock or due to a particularly high volume of orders. There may also be delays due to Japanese national holidays, especially multi-day holidays, such as Golden Week and New Year’s.

Once the package is shipped, it must pass through customs and be transported via international logistics. Additionally, there may be delays depending on the customer country’s inspection or policies, shipping method, weather conditions, and other factors.

We value your business and understand that waiting for your order to arrive may be frustrating, and we will strive to complete and ship your order within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to check out our full FAQ, read our Shipping Policy page, or to contact our customer service team.

Please keep the following information in mind before placing your order:

The "best before date" is the date until which the product is at its freshest in terms of optimal flavor and aroma. Unlike an expiration date, it does not mean that the product is inedible once its best before date has passed. If you place an order for a product that is close to its best before date as indicated on MiauMall, we will still deliver the product to you regardless of whether it arrives past that date.

Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
