Product Introduction:
BLACK PAINT Kyoto Rich Matcha Facial Cleansing Soap is a luxurious, moisturizing facial soap formulated with premium matcha green tea, botanical oils, and silk-derived ingredients. Inspired by the richness of concentrated matcha, this unique cleansing soap gently removes makeup, impurities, and excess sebum while leaving the skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated.
Enriched with green tea leaves, tea catechins, hydrolyzed silk, honey, and a carefully selected blend of organic moisturizing oils, the formula helps maintain the skin's moisture balance and improve the appearance of firmness and texture. Its rich, nourishing composition is particularly suitable for mature skin and those concerned about dryness.
Developed with a skin microbiome-inspired skincare approach, this soap also contains Lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecalis ingredients. Its distinctive melt-on-skin texture allows the soap to be applied directly to the face, combining makeup removal and facial cleansing in one convenient step without the need for double cleansing.

For those seeking additional information on estimated shipping times, please refer to the details below outlining our shipping process and timeline.
Cross-border shipping involves complex factors, such as customs procedures, transportation time, and international logistics. Consequently, it may require additional time compared to domestic shipping.
We typically make shipments within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, however, there may be delays in delivery due to items being out of stock or due to a particularly high volume of orders. There may also be delays due to Japanese national holidays, especially multi-day holidays, such as Golden Week and New Year’s.
Once the package is shipped, it must pass through customs and be transported via international logistics. Additionally, there may be delays depending on the customer country’s inspection or policies, shipping method, weather conditions, and other factors.
We value your business and understand that waiting for your order to arrive may be frustrating, and we will strive to complete and ship your order within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to check out our full FAQ, read our Shipping Policy page, or to contact our customer service team.
Please keep the following information in mind before placing your order:
The "best before date" is the date until which the product is at its freshest in terms of optimal flavor and aroma. Unlike an expiration date, it does not mean that the product is inedible once its best before date has passed. If you place an order for a product that is close to its best before date as indicated on MiauMall, we will still deliver the product to you regardless of whether it arrives past that date.
Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
