Instructions:
Take the following dosage with water or warm water before meals or between meals.

Adults (15 Years and Above): 5 Tablets per Dose, Twice Daily.

Children Under 15 Years: Do Not Use.
Take before meals or approximately 2–3 hours after eating when taking between meals.
